What time does the show open? For exhibitors, trade stands and auto jumble, the gates are open between 8am and 10am. Anyone who arrives late may be denied access to their relevant plot and may not be able to be judged in the competition. For the general public the gates open at 11am and will close at 4pm. A full timetable will be available on the website closer to the big day. This information will also be available in the programme, which everyone will get a copy of on the day. Is on-site parking available? This depends on two factors; How many entrants we have and weather conditions. If no on-site parking is available, please park in the surrounding local roads including Gravel Road. How much is Admittance? £6.00 adult, £5.00 with voucher Vehicle exhibitors will be allowed one passenger with the driver but all other passengers will be charged the appropriate admittance fee. Are refreshments available? There is a BBQ, Hot & Cold Drinks and school canteen available to all on the day. Who should I contact if I have a problem on the day? Please bear in mind that the committee are extremely busy on the day, so please try and direct your enquiry initially to the registration desk, based in the pavilion. By Rail: Trains run every 15 mins from London Victoria to Bromley South Station. Upon arrival please take a 320 bus outside the station slightly to the right of the station towards Biggin Hill and ask the driver for Ravens Wood School. By Bus: Bus Route 353 is the closest to the school. Just ask the bus driver for the Keston Mark stop, and we are about 100m walk down Oakley Road. Bus Route's 358, 356 and 61 go to Bromley Bus Garage and the walk to the school is about 10mins up Gravel Road. www.metrobus.co.uk TFL Journey Planner By Car: Junction 4 of the M25 and follow the A21 to Locksbottom and veer left heading towards Croydon. Turn right at the traffic lights at Keston Mark and the entrance to the school is on the left just before the pedestrian crossing. From Orpington head to Locksbottom and at Chapter One, turn right and then immediately left towards Croydon. From Bromley, take the A21 past the Crown Roundabout and it is the next major road on the right. The entrance to the school is on the right immediately after the pedestrian crossing. Please leave enough time to get to the event in case of traffic build up in the area. We have had in previous years traffic jams back to Bromley, Locksbottom and Hayes. The only entrance on the day is the Oakley Road Entrance. Exit will be via Barnet Wood Road and onto Oakley Road. I would like to display my car in the arena? Brilliant! Please fill in the attached form and we will try to get our roving microphone to you on the day. Please visit the PA caravan on the day to get your time slot and please try to provide a mobile contact number in case of any problems. Can I display my car on the day? Yes, but the full admission price will be charged on the day and you will not be judged. You will, space permitting, be entered into our "Display Only" category but this will be up to the discretion of the committee. I would like to help on the day? Step forward please!
